Supervision increases a person’s sustainability, safety, and success in their role.
It is recommended that anyone working in the care or management of people have regular supervision for their own wellbeing and support. It is different to mentoring or counselling although it may touch on some of those aspects at different times as needed.
Supervision sessions are generally every 4-8 weeks depending on the person’s role and needs.
