In this Wellbeing Programme, we keep your people working well through a combination of personal work and upskilling. They receive four Mind Health Coaching a year as well as taking part in four Mind Health talks focused on topics of wellbeing, resilience, and interpersonal skills.
A programme can be customised to suit your organisation.
Mind Health Coaching
Mind Health Coaching is a one-on-one session that enables a person to process specific topics relating to their wellbeing, as well as grow their resilience, people-skills, and achieve their goals.
Your staff are assigned a personal coach to work with them. They book in times that suit them and are convenient to the organisation. These sessions are up to 60 mins.
Mind Health Talks
Your people receive a one-hour talk, four times a year to develop their wellbeing, resilience, and people-skills. You can choose the topic from our list to address pertinent issues or we can present the next one in the series.
These talks provide a practical foundation for your staff’s personal and relational wellbeing. They can also process this further in a session with their Mind Health Coach.
These talks can occur at a time that is convenient for you and your people, whether during the day, lunchtime, after work.
